Terms of Use
Stone The Interpreter · Effective October 27, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Antonio Nsuami, doing business as Stone Intellect, in Maine, United States ("we", "us"), about using Stone The Interpreter on iPhone, iPad, Android, the web and TVs. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
Who can use the app

Anyone can watch lives and read captions; no account is needed.
•
Accounts: you must be 13 or older to create one, and you are responsible for what happens with it.
•
Public lives and the stage: you must be 18 or older to make a live public or to join a stage as a guest, and accept the Public rules.
No tolerance for objectionable content or abuse
You may not use the app — in lives, captions, names, descriptions, pictures, comments or on stage — to share or say anything that is:
•
hateful, or attacks people for who they are;
•
harassment, bullying or threats;
•
nudity or sexual content, or anything that sexualizes children;
•
violent, or encourages violence, self-harm or crime;
•
spam, scams, or pretending to be someone else;
•
someone else's private information, or content you have no right to share.
Names, descriptions, covers and comments are checked automatically before they are shown, but people are responsible for what they say and show.
Report and block
•
Report: every public live, comment and profile has a Report button (you need to be signed in).
•
Block: a blocked person can't comment in your lives or ask to join your stage, and you no longer see their lives.
•
Speakers: can delete comments in their lives, block a viewer, and mute or remove a guest.
•

What we do with reports
We look at reports within 24 hours. When something breaks these rules, we remove it, and we may stop the account that shared it from using the app. A live reported by several people is hidden from the Feed until we have looked at it. People who misuse reports to attack others may lose their account too.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you say and show. You give us permission to process it so the app works — to turn it into text, translate it, show it to the people watching, and keep public captions readable until they are deleted. You can delete your comments, your replays and your account at any time.
Translations
Translations are made by computers and can be wrong. Don't rely on them alone for medical, legal, safety or other important decisions.
The service
We work to keep the app running, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it.
We may change these terms; when we do, the app shows the new date and the changes apply from then on.
